Your duties:
- Very good knowledge of an additional language (French or German)
- A collaborative team player willing to share knowledge

- Being a smart user of MS Office products
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Commencement of accident damage proceedings
- Telephone contact with our clients in German in the process of car damage claims (incoming calls)
Required:
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service (front office, by phone)
- Experience or education in insurance is welcome.
